COLORADO COUNTY/PRECINCT LISTS
The COLORADO COUNTY/PRECINCT LISTS are for
the use of Operation Avalanche leaders as a tool for coordinating and tracking delegate
assignments for the 2010 precinct caucuses. There are 4 separate worksheets/lists for OA
leaders to choose from, dependent on how they will be used. Every Colorado county and
precinct are included. All four lists provide the same information, but the data are
sorted differently. The common data includes:
1. County name;
2. Precinct number;
3. Congressional District number, incumbent name and party;
4. State Senate District number, incumbent name and party;
5. State House District number, incumbent name and party;
6. Three Blank entries for the manual entry of up to three delegate volunteers'
names.
Worksheet #1
sorts the data by county name and precinct number.
Worksheet #2
sorts the data by Congressional District number.
Worksheet #3
sorts the data by State Senate District number.
Worksheet #4
sorts the data by State House District number.
If, for example, a list is wanted of all
counties and precincts that are served by a specific state senator, Worksheet #3 would be
used.
Once the desired worksheet is selected and
appears on your screen, the desired lines of data can be highlighted for printing. The
worksheets are designed to be printed on 81/2 X 14 - inch paper. If this larger paper is not available, normal
81/2 X 11 sheets
can be used, but only two entries for delegates' names will be shown.
IMPORTANT
When setting the print parameters, remember to set the printing to "LANDSCAPE",
and choose the "SELECTION" OR "SELECTION ONLY" option to print only
the selected lines of data rather than the entire file, which consists of over 100 pages. |
